What We Do

Purchase, delivery, and nothing speculative

Our crypto service exists to handle one narrow task properly: acquiring the bitcoin portion of your allocation through compliant channels and delivering it to a wallet or account in your name.

We do not offer trading, leverage, staking, yield products, lending, or exposure to speculative tokens. We work with bitcoin only, and only within the 5–10% cap that applies across every profile.

Purchases run through regulated OTC desks and licensed crypto providers. Peterborough Square Investments does not take custody of client crypto-assets at any point.

Each jurisdiction has its own requirements. We operate through locally registered partners rather than around them.

Canada

Money services businesses registered with FINTRAC, and regulated OTC desks for bitcoin purchases.

France

PSAN entities registered with the AMF, the required registration for digital asset service providers.

Belgium

Partners operating in line with FSMA requirements for virtual asset service providers.

What this service is not

Not trading We do not trade on your behalf, time the market, or take short-term positions.

No yield products No staking, lending, or interest-bearing crypto arrangements of any kind.

No altcoins Bitcoin only. We do not deal in other tokens or speculative digital assets.

No leverage No margin, no borrowed funds, no derivatives.

No custody by us Assets are delivered to you. We never hold client crypto or client funds.
